Mother Fit

Led by Michelle Baynham, founder of Mother Fit and a highly qualified

pre and postnatal trainer with over 10 years of experience, these classes come highly recommended by ‘Mummy MOT’ and have been featured in the Marks & Spencer’s Baby Club ‘ the parent hood ‘.

These classes are designed for mums looking to strengthen their bodies after childbirth. A GP sign-off at 6–8 weeks is ideal (though not strictly necessary).

You’ll focus on postpartum recovery, building a strong foundation with techniques like alignment, core strength, pelvic floor exercises, 360 breathing, and targeted movements to rehabilitate and strengthen your body.
