About

Our Vinyasa Yoga Classes are very inclusive and welcoming, classes are tailored to include approaches to meditation, mindfulness, breath work techniques, gentle to deeper stretches and sun salutations. We set aside ten minutes at the end of each class for savasana (deep rest) which, is very beneficial for the body. With regular practice you will notice your body’s flexibility and mobility improve whilst adding strength and learning techniques to calm the mind and nervous system.

Vinyasa Yoga

A small, friendly one hour Vinyasa Yoga Class suitable for all levels of practice. Including pranayama, asana and a full ten-minute savasana.
