House Rules

So everyone can enjoy our spaces, we politely ask you to follow our house rules and any requests from our Welcome Team whilst you’re visiting us.

Personal Belongings

We cannot take responsibility for any personal belongings during your visit to BEAM. Please take care to not leave any valuables unattended.

If you lose something whilst at the venue, please speak to a member of the BEAM team.

Filming

Filming is not permitted in our venue for commercial purposes unless permission has been previously granted by the BEAM team.

Wi-Fi

We do not currently have public Wi-Fi and signal is limited within our venue. We recommend downloading your tickets before your visit.

Laptop Use

BEAM is a hub for creatives and remote workers in the local area, and as such, personal laptops are able to be used on site during your visit. There are power points available across the venue for you to charge your devices.

Food and Drink

Only refreshments bought in the venue can by consumed on the premises. We request that you respect performers and other patrons when consuming refreshments during an event.

Dogs

We welcome well-behaved dogs at BEAM with the following conditions:

  • Dogs must be on a short lead at all times.
  • Dogs can only access the ground floor Kitchen Bar and must not sit on any of the furniture.
  • Dogs are NOT allowed in any of the following spaces: Behind the bar, into the kitchen (any food prep areas), Stage 1 & 2, Socials 1 & 2, Screens 1,2 & 3, the First Floor.
  • No dogs after 6pm.
  • Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
  • Dogs causing a nuisance to other guests or barking incessantly may be asked to leave the venue. The duty manager has the final say on this and all dogs are only permitted at their discretion.
