Charity Comedy Gala: Alistair Barrie & Friends 2025

Alistair Barrie has lived in Hertford since 2014. A year later his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer while he was entertaining the troops in Afghanistan, so he rushed home to write a comedy show about it. Thankfully, she made a full recovery and he has organised a benefit for the Hertfordshire Breast Unit Appeal every year since, except when there's been a pandemic going on or the theatre was being rebuilt. So he's delighted to be back with what might well be the best bill yet, and considering he's previously had Al Murray, Jo Brand, Ed Byrne, Alan Davies, Marcus Brigstocke and Rachel Parris, that's saying something!
