VIP Package Information
Our Meet & Greet runs from 6.00-7.00pm, and it is important that you arrive between 5:30pm and 6:00pm or you may miss your opportunity to take part.
As part of your meet and greet package you’ll receive a professional photo, which will be printed out instantly and ready for you to take home on the night. The lanyard collection area will open for all VIP bookers at 5.30pm. Please have your ticket ready to be scanned by a member of the team to collect your VIP lanyard.
After collecting your lanyard, you can then go to the Kitchen Bar and get yourselves a drink and wait until the doors open. You will be asked to go into the main auditorium and form a line so each person or group can be called forward for the Meet & Greet and professional photograph.
The Meet & Greet should be completed by 7.00pm with the main doors then opening for all other ticket holders, please move along quickly so everyone can meet and greet and have their photo taken. Unfortunately, signing of personal items is not permitted.
