Our entire site has step-free access throughout.

There is step-free access from the main entrance to:

• Stage One and Two
• Screen One, Two and Three
• Social One and Two
• Bar and Café Areas
• Ticketing Kiosks
• Toilets

We have dedicated viewing spaces for wheelchair users in our Stage and Screen spaces.

• Our fire alarm has flashing lights.
• We have a hearing loop in Stage One and Stage Two and have multiple subtitled films and captioned plays throughout the year.

• Glass doors have contrast markings.
• Some parts of the venue have low lighting.
• There is audio descriptive commentary and headsets upon request.

• We have a complimentary ticket policy for essential companions.
• Please be prepared to present the relevant documentation to support your complimentary ticket request upon arrival. Relevant documentation should be one of the following:
  • DLA
  • PIP
  • Blue badge
  • Attendance allowance letter
  • Credibility access card
  • Or another form of credible documentation
