Half-term at BEAM

Join professional actor and storyteller Vickie Holden for an imaginative storytelling session, featuring two festive favourites.

Get ready for a crafty Halloween at BEAM! Join us to explore how Eric Carle created The Hungry Caterpillar artwork by making your own paper pumpkin lantern for collecting your Halloween treats, and a colourful monster mask to give all your friends a funny fright.

A perfect half-term activity to complement watching The Very Hungry Caterpillar at 2pm or 4.30pm!

Relaxed Tour and Sensory Space for Children with SEND

A bespoke session for young people with SEND and their families who would appreciate a relaxed introduction to BEAM and all its accessible features. This is an opportunity for a guided tour of the building, including backstage, followed by a creative activity with a sensory space.

An ideal activity after enjoying The Bubble Show at 11am!

Our first half-term Drama Day at BEAM! Led by two local, professional theatre practitioners, we will explore a variety of activities centred around theatre and acting. No singing or dancing, pure acting.
