Opening Hours

Stage

Our Stages are normally opened approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled performance start time, unless otherwise stated on your ticket.

If you have purchased an extra activity, such as a Meet & Greet or Touch Tour, you will be sent a separate email before the event with relevant timings for your visit.  

Screen

The time shown on your ticket is the time that cinema screen doors will open, unless stated otherwise. Most screenings have pre-show content before the film begins. 

Social

Both of our Bars are open daily. Exact opening hours may vary.

Social One & Two are available for private hires, information on hiring these spaces is available here.

Customer Service Times

Events are available to book online and we’re available to answer queries via email on ticketing@beamhertford.co.uk. Tickets are also available to purchase in venue via our ticketing kiosks, available during opening hours in the main foyer.

We endeavor to respond to all emails within 48 business hours, and respond to feedback within 10 working days. 

Seasonal Hours

Our opening hours are subject to change throughout the year based on the season, such as over the Summer and at Christmas.
