Located on the first floor and fully accessible, Social One provides a space to hire for both the community and professional organisations.

Social Two

Located on the ground floor with wonderful views over the River Lea, this room has been designed with classes, meetings and family parties in mind.

General FAQs

Is there parking?

There is no general on-site parking, but several public car parks are a short walk away.

Can I hire AV or extra furniture?

Yes, just let us know your requirements (fees may apply).

Can my class/event be listed on your website?

Yes - choose a public or private event listing.

Can we sell tickets ourselves?

All public tickets must be sold through BEAM’s ticketing system

Are the spaces fully accessible?

Yes - step-free access and wheelchair seating available across multiple spaces.

Can I screen a current release?

Yes - subject to availability and approval.

Can we host a reception before or after?

Absolutely - our bar and café spaces are available to hire.

Can we close public areas?

Yes - full or partial venue takeovers are available.

Do you allow out-of-hours access?

Yes, subject to agreement.

What about insurance and licences?

Your production must supply its own insurances; our team will advise on any additional permissions.
