Toilets
Need to dash? Whether you're making a swift exit at the interval or can't wait that long, our facilities are never far away. You'll find toilets to the left of our main entrance.
Accessible toilets? We've got you covered on both levels. Just use your RADAR key or grab one of our friendly Welcome team - they'll be happy to help.
And yes, all our facilities are gender inclusive, because everyone deserves a comfortable visit.
Lost Property
Lost something? Don't worry – it happens to the best of us! We've got your back.
Everything found at our venues makes its way to our Welcome Team, where we carefully log and store it for up to a month. Think you might have left something behind after a great night out? Pop in and speak to us or message us – we'll check if it's found its way to us.
You can reach us daily from 9am-6pm.
Changing Places
There is a Changing Places toilet based in our foyer, with step-free access from the main entrance of the venue. There is no permanent attendant on site. For further information on transfer direction, dimensions, hoist weight, and mobility equipment, message us.
Baby Changing
Theatre and Cinema have the power to inspire visitors of all ages, and we believe everyone should feel welcome to come to BEAM together. For families visiting with little ones, we want to make your experience as comfortable as possible. That's why we've equipped every restroom throughout the venue with baby and child changing facilities - because we know that when parents can relax and focus on being entertained, the whole family enjoys the visit more.
Food and Drink
Two stunning riverside bars, open daily from 9am.
Ground floor: Kitchen Bar - your spot for coffee and laptop work or catch-ups with friends. Sink into comfy banquette seating with river views.
First floor: Screen Bar - opens before every screening. Grab fresh popcorn, drinks, and perch at our high tables overlooking the foyer.
Speedy service, no cash - We're cashless to keep queues moving - because more time enjoying, less time waiting, is what we're all about.
WiFi
Stay connected while you connect with art. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout BEAM - no password needed. Just search for our network when you arrive and you're in.
Where to Find Things
Ground Floor
Our main entrance leads to you to the heart of BEAM - home to our Kitchen Bar and Social Two, with access to Stage One Stalls and the Stage Two Pit. You’ll also find toilets, a Changing Places facility, and both stair and lift access to the first floor.
First Floor
Our first floor is your gateway to film and elevated views - featuring the Screen Bar, entrances to our cinema screens and Social One. From here you can access the Circle for Stage One and the Balcony for Stage Two, with an accessible toilet also conveniently located on this level.
