Ticket Information
Transactions
BEAM is a cashless venue, and therefore we are unable to accept cash or cheque payments. All of our bars and ticketing kiosks are equipped with card machines for contactless and chip & pin transactions.
How to Book
Tickets can be purchased both online via our What's On page and in person from the ticketing kiosks located in venue.
These kiosks are available during venue opening hours and can be used for advance bookings and on-the-day purchases.
E-tickets will be sent to the email address you provide while booking, and you will be sent a text message on the day of the event, also with your tickets included.
You will need to present your tickets to be scanned to gain access to the event you have booked. We are unable to take bookings over the phone. If you need additional support when booking your tickets, please contact us via email or speak with our team behind the bar.
Accessible Tickets
We have a complimentary ticket policy for essential companions of standard ticket holders. Please note that children must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder at all times, whether that adult is a carer or otherwise.
To enable this, please login or create an account with us, and select 'Require Essential Companion' during the Other Preferences section. This will allow for the discount to be provided at checkout.
Please be prepared to present the relevant documentation to support your complimentary ticket request upon arrival. Relevant documentation should be one of the following:
- DLA
- PIP
- Attendance allowance letter
- Credibility access card
- Or another form of credible documentation
Certain seats are held off from general sale for wheelchair customers. To purchase a seat in a wheelchair area, select 'Wheelchair User' in the Other Preferences section of your account. We always recommend logging in first before beginning your purchase so your preferences can take effect immediately.
Conditions of Sale
All tickets and booking fees are non-refundable.
Please check full Terms & Conditions for information regarding exchanges, seat changes, lost tickets, re-sales, credit vouchers, gift vouchers and cancellations.

- A full refund.
