Ticketing Information

Tickets can be purchased in person from the ticketing kiosks located in the main foyer, available from when we open on 23 August.

These kiosks are available during all opening hours and can be used for advance bookings and on-the-day purchases.

Tickets for purchases made in person on a kiosk can be printed or you can choose for e-tickets to be emailed to your phone, just select the option you prefer when you check out.

If you lose your printed tickets, we are unable to replace them. That’s why if possible, we recommend you choose to send to recieve e-tickets to your nominated email address.

All of our tickets for stage and screen will be available on our website from the What’s On section.

E-tickets will be sent to the email address you provide while booking. You will be required to present your tickets to gain access to the show, screening or event you have booked for.

You can print your tickets at home, but we would prefer you save paper and bring your tickets on your mobile phone.

We are unable to take bookings over the phone. If you need additional support when booking your tickets, please contact us.

All tickets and booking fees are non-refundable.

Please check full Terms & Conditions for information regarding exchanges, seat changes, lost tickets, re-sales, credit vouchers, gift vouchers and cancellations.

In the unlikely event we cancel a performance because of seasonal bad weather, we will inform all bookers with as much notice as possible and offer one of the following:

• Tickets to an alternative performance of the same production.
• Credit to the value of the tickets purchased to be used as the booker wishes on a future show at BEAM.
• A full refund.

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• Every member of the audience, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket.
• Latecomers may be admitted to the auditorium at a suitable break in performance, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Photography, video and sound recording and the use of mobile phones and pagers in the auditoria are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited in all areas of BEAM.
• Only refreshments purchased on our premises are allowed to be consumed on-site and we request that you respect performers and other patrons when consuming refreshments during an event.
• The event promoter may record or take photographs of performances. If it does so, customers will be informed before the performance.
