Youth Auditions

We are holding free, open auditions for this year’s Christmas show on 30 June 2024. Directed by Rhys Thomas and choreographed by Stephanie Stone; we are looking for 24 talented, young performers (split into three teams) with a good level of performance and technical dance ability. Each team will dance in several numbers in the show and they will be on stage at other times during the show too.

Successful auditionees will need to be able to attend rehearsals (see attached schedule) at BEAM. Performances start Saturday 30 November at the venue and successful auditionees will be expected to perform in 17 or 18 public shows.

Auditionees must be 8 years old by 30 November 2024. Maximum age 21 years.

All parents of children selected to join the cast of Cinderella and the Glass Slipper will be expected to obtain a Chaperone’s Licence and be prepared to chaperone at least 8 of the performances.
